The family stone wall is Gabriel G. Helms. He married Rachel Josephine Hobbs in Walker County, Texas in 1844. The family Bible has his birthdate as Dec. 25, 1817. The 1850 Walker County, Texas census list his birthplace as Alabama. He died July 23, 1884 in Nixon, Gonzolas County, Texas. Any info would be very greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nancy Waddell
