My name is Michele L. Hooks, daughter of William Randy Helms who was born in Oakman, Al. on Oct. 13,1953. His father was Marlin Roy Helms, Who was born a Shultz I believe, and later changed it to Helms. Marlin married Evelyn Norris, who was born in Oakman, Al. on Mar. 26, 1932, and had the following children: Lillie Marlene Helms (born Mar.18,1951), Susan May Helms (Oct.22,1952), and then my dad Randy (William Randy Helms). My grandfather Marlin had another daughter after divorcing my grandmother, by the name of Nina Sue Helms, who we don't know. Any info. to do with our family would be greatly appreciated.
