Looking for information on Fannie Helms b. 1886 who was married first to Vander Suggs and second to Jacob Culpepper Presley. Believe marriage to Presley was 1908. My Grandfather was Vander Dowell Suggs b. 1882 in NC. In 1900 census Vander was still in NC, age 18 and single. He later moved on to Georgia. He left his wife and 2 children in Georgia between 1900 and 1905. He married again in 1906 in Monroe County, MS. Is this the same Vander Suggs who was married to Fannie Helms???? Between 1900 and 1905, he was married to a "Helms".
