I have the following information that may be of help to you.

I have many ancestors that come from La Salle Co., Illinois. Louisa Helbling is the mother of Rosa Weber and Orville Weber. Rosa married my grandmother's brother Alfred Kohrt and Orville married her sister Mrytle Kohrt (her second husband). Emma Helbling married Harvey Hetrick, a nephew of my great-grandfather Anderson Hetrick. Anderson's son Lyman Hetrick married Florence Kohrt, sister of Alfred and Mrytle Kohrt mentioned above.

The La Salle Co, IL Genealogical Guild has the Probate records for Casper Helbling. According to them, Casper and Regina were born in Switzerland. They supposedly had six children born in Switzerland and six born in teh USA. Only the six I have listed were living when he died.

Casper, Regina, and daughter Louisa and her husband John Weber and several of their children (Rosa, Orville, Frank for sure) and are buried in the Allen Cemetery, Ransom, La Salle Co., IL.

All of the children of Casper and Regina Dorman Helbling were married in La Salle Co., IL except Louisa. She was married in Livingston Co., IL, just to the south of La Salle Co.
