I am trying to learn more on Claus Heinsohn
who was the father of Elsebe Heinsohn. Elsebe was born 3-5-1835 in Hannover, Germany. She married Claus Schlichting and they had a farm in Calhoun, Co. Illinois.
After Claus died, Elsebe married a Peter Wintjen. I also have Anna Catharina Maria Wintjen who married George Friedrich Viets 1-30-1881 in Crawford, Kansas. George's parents were Hinrich Viets and Margareta Heinsohn. Any information is very much appreciated. Thank you.
