The information that I have is as follows:
New information has our ancestor George [Jerich] Henlein coming from Coburg Germany to the United States in 1741 aboard a ship called the St Andrew.
F. J. Hainley states death date as 1804.Carol M. Dowell states death date as 1805.
"Jerich Caspr Henlen", aged 17, is listed as passenger no. 24 on The St. Andrew, Charles Sted man, Commander, which left Rotterdam, stopped at Plymouth, England for provisions then lande d at Philadelphia, PA on 2 October 1741.Source:Cheryl Lutz, Immigrant Ships Transcriber s Guild.
Delbert C. Hainley cites Jerich's place of birth as Prussia Palatinate.
Jerich/George would be the son of Matthias, so perhaps Matthias and Jerich came over together.
Do you have further information on Matthias? All I have is that he was born 1697.
Thank you for the reply.
Regards,
Michelle
