According to my records William Heggie m Mary Parham(Parkham) 4/10/1774 in Granville Co, NC. They had 4 children: 1. Archibald, m Martha Ramsey 2/16/1809; 2. James m Frances Blackwell Nov 1800; 3. John m. Mary Ann Hunt; 4. Thomas m Dianna Hide. That's about all I know of this Archibald. I do have a note that information on this family is in a book by Henry W. Heggie, Grenada, Miss. Good Luck. My ancestor is Archibald's brother, James.
