Wonderful!! I have searched and searched and found NONE of what you sent. Thank you so very much. I had only a birth certificate for Margaret's illegitimate son, our James Heggie. So,now I know there are many half brothers etc. out there, with the name TAIT. We have a lot of Taits here in NB,Canada, in the Moncton area. Now, if I could only find Margaret's parents. It appears that you sent the correct family, but I will need to do more verifying and searching. The dates and names fit. Your information states that James Heggie was a pattern designer. I know that his son, named James, came to Canada and died in New York, occupation- Wall Paper Pattern Designer. His son, Rennie Heggie, my father in law, was very crafty and artistic with his hands. Blue eyed men.
Margaret could have been born around 1841. Hard to tell.
Thank you once again, finally managed to find something after many years. Sincerely, Marlene Heggie, NB, Canada
