My ancestor's letter after the battle mentions the following (all spelled with the "a", for which there is no genforum page):
11th NC Regiment, Company I
Jacob, dangerously, arm shattered
Hosea, slightly in arm
George H., severely in arm
As you may know, limb wounds were commonest type.
No other info, and I am not kin.
