Dianna told me her Mother's (Louisa Josephine (Allred) birth certificate states born in Wichita, but wasn't filed until she was 20 years old and went to work at Boeing as a riveter during WWII, and they found she didn't have a birth certificate. Dianna said she remembers her mother saying she was born in Sedan, because when she had came thru there in 1992 it was a real dust bowl town and her mother was terminally ill and had mentioned it. Dianna moved to Wichita for 18 months when her mother was ill.
