Thanks for the response, but I'm not finding a connection at this time.

The Genevieve Wilma "Gennie" (HEFLIN) I have was the d/o Jesse Heflin & Arizona Brown, she was also married to a Walter Walters.

Let me know if anything pops up that looks like a match.

Genevieve W. Loe, 89
June 27. 1915 - Dee. 13. 2004
Genevieve W. "Jennie" Loe, 89, a resident of Larwill,. died Monday, Dec. 13, 2004 at the emergency room of Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.
Born on June 27, 1915 in Elwood, a daughter of Jesse C. and Arizona (Brown) Heflin, she graduated from Elwood High School.
On May 8, 1948 she was united in marriage to Richard Stuart Loe. They always made their home in Whitley County, residing in Washington Township and later Columbia Township until 1957 when they moved to Larwill. Mr. Loe died Apnl 8, 1979.
She was employed at Blue Bell, Columbia, Woolen Mill, The Trading Post ,and Larwill IGA. A member of Elwood ChnstIan Church, she is survived by two sons, Richard L. (Mary Ann)Loe of Columbia City, and Larry L. Loe of Larwill; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; . four great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sally Jolly of West Palm Beach, Fla.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Terry L. Loe; a daughter, Patricia Sue Loy; a grandson; three brothers, Isaac B. Heflin, Kenneth Heflin and James Heflin; and six sisters, Alma Yohe, Latricia Heflin, Mabel Christenson, Nora VanHorn, Mary Hickman and Hilda Moore.
The funeral service is at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 16, at Smith and Sons Funeral Home in Columbia City with the Rev. Harold Polk officiating. Burial is at Lakeview Cemetery, Larwill. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
For those who wish, memorials may be made to Whitley County Council on Aging.
