I don't know if it would be the same William Heffner, because I do not know the middle name.
Possible relations-
Father- Franklin Benjamin Heffner
Mother- Lily Mae Hummel

Their children were -WILLIAM, Frank, Theodore, Stella, Irene, Lily, Florence, Grace Virgina (my great grandmother)

Please let me know if any of this is helpful, I too am trying to peice together family history and this is just the beginning of what I have for my grandmothers (on my dad's side). Thank you!

P.S. I was told Franklin and Lily first lived in Pittsburg and moved to Levelle (sp?), PA where most their children were born.
