Searching for the paternal parents of Samuel Oscar HEFFNER, born Mar 09, 1877 in PA. His mothers name was Emmaline born Abt. Mar 1847 in PA and his father is unknown. Oscar married Laura Jane Loy Abt. 1899 in Friedensburg, Wayne Twp., Schuylkill Co., PA. Laura was born Dec 13, 1874 in Wayne Twp., Schuyl. Co., PA to the parents of Penrose A. LOY and Christina MOYER.
In 1900 Emmaline (nee ?) HEFFNER, age 46, was a Widow and living with her son Samuel Oscar HEFFNER in Freidensburg, Wayne Twp., Schuylkill Co., PA.
Would appreciate any assistance in establishing Samuel's father and mother's maiden name.
