Thanks Charley, but my Dad was born in Bethel, Minnesota in 1910 to a William Heffner and a Ruby Starkey. I guess Clifford is a popular name for a Heffner as is mine: Douglas J. Heffner; there are many with this name though not sure what the J stands for in others.
