Hello all,
I am trying to find anyone who has information on our Heenan branch in New Zealand. I have quite a bit of info but can't find any people who belong to our line. Do you???

We are descended from Denis Heenan who died July 04, 1868 in the North East Valley, Dunedin. He was married to Joanna (Judith or Susannah) Lewis and I imagine they came from Burr, Kings County, IRL as a number of their children were born there from 1827 to 1847. I seem to recall that they had to leave Ireland and maybe fled to Scotland and finally emigrated to NZ on the Mariner which sailed from London, 7/4/1850, and arrived at Port Chalmers 6/8/1850. The following is from the passenger list of the Mariner when they emigrated to NZ:
