Ezekiel and Mary Tanner Hedges Daviess, CO Kentucky

I am looking for information on Ezekiel and Mary Tanner Hedges. Ezekiel was born in 1793, either in Berkeley Co. WV, Wilmington, Newcastle Co. Delaware, or in Kentucky.

I would like to know who Ezekiel's parents are. I have the Tanner side of the clan traced back to the 1600s or 1700s, if anyone is interested.

Any information on these people or locations would be helpful. The Marshall-Hedges geneology, the Dr. Stebbins-Craig geneology, and the Baden/Meyer/Hedges geneology differ, beginning with Ezekeil and farther back.
