Hi Cuz Lee,
From the Reading, Pa city directory's for the years 1899, 1900,
Walter T. Heckman his job is ins. solicitor at 525, Penn, st. and he lives at 618 S. 7th street.
1901, 1902 he still has the same job but now works at 508 Penn, st. and lives at 118 Washington, St.
1903, 1904 he now is called a salesman at 610 Court St. and still lives at 118 Washington St.
He then is no longer in the books as of 1904.
I don't know how this fits in your Bright's but this is the only W.T. Heckman in the books.
