According to Heckerts In American by Dr. Meiser a Susannah Heckert is listed as the daughter of Philip Heckert and Anna Maria Hain. She was born June 25, 1768 in Heidelberg Twp, Berks Co. PA and died in Jackson Twp, Dauphin Co, PA June 28, 1831. She married J. Frederick Fetterhoff, Born Aug 6, 1765 in Berks Co; died July 16, 1837 Dauphin Co. He was the son of George Fetterhoff and Anna Elizabeth.
Phillip Heckert was the son of Johannes/Michael/Johannes Michael and Catharine Heckert. Phillip was born Oct 13, 1744 and died Aug 30, 1803. He married Anna Maria Hain Jan 27, 1767. She was born 1750, Heidelberg Twp, Berks, CO and was baptized Jan 28, 1750. She was the daughter of John Adam Hain and Anna Magdalena Heckert.
The earliest know Heckert Families to reside in Berks County, PA appear in the recors of St. Johns (Hains) Church, located in Heidelberg Twp. Catharine Heckert, a widow whose husband may have been Johannes, Michael or Johannes Michael Heckert, died Oct 3, 1759 in Heidelbert Twp. The name of her oldest son is given as Johannes. Since it was a common practice of Germans to use Johannes as the first given name of many of their male offspring, it is now clear if the above Johannes and Micahel were one and the same person.
The name Johannes Heckert appears in the log of the ship "Two Brothers" which arrived at the Port of Philadelphia, Sep 15, 1748. Some historians believe this Johannes to be the son of Catharine. If so, he was barely 16 years of age. More likely, he was the husband of Catharine and died shortly after his arrival in America.
Hope this helps!
