Their oldest child Henry Hebert was born in Fall River, MA. in 1903 and married at Notre-Dame Ch., Central Falls, RI
I don't know if Eloise Coneault is Eloise or Louise?, and/or Coneault, Corneau? or Comeau? but her surname (as is)is a very strange one for this community. At first, I thought she might be Belgian since many Belgians came to Woonsocket for the lace industry, but they are not.
Only thing I can suggest is to try to find him in the 1900 US census or 1901 Canadian census, since you have his year of birth. Maybe you can match them up that way. Or write for a death certificate to R.I. Vital Statistics Division which should list his parents' names.
