From the information in the 1891 census RG-12 3361 folio 146b, Elizabeth was born at Bolton Moor, Aspull, (about 7 miles west of Bolton) c.1868. I can find no record of her (as a Hebden) in the census of 1881 or 1871 (pieces RG10-3882,3883). I can't find any name on my maps relating to Bolton Moor, (it may have been a farm or area of moorland) but the area to the west of Bolton is now quite heavily developed. Aspull itself is still quite small. Elizabeth doesn't appear to be a member of my Hebden family group, though there were a number of Hebden groups in Burnley, Padiham and Rawtenstall (Newchurch) at the time. I'll keep checking. The difference in age between Mr and Mrs Hirst (54, 23) is quite interesting! You can email me directly if you have any queries on the above!
