James, I do not know if this will help. Thomas Stout is the son of Godfrey and Catherine Boltzen Stout. He wed about 1810, Elizabeth, daughter of John and Nancy Wilson Heatherly. My interest in this is his younger brother David, signed the marriage bond for William Heatherly's marriage to Catherine(Katy) Jackson in 1816 in Carter Co.
