On page 314 is Jacob Hesley, Jacob Hesley Jr and Christian Livengood. Christian Livengood was married to Anna Magdalena Haussli, the sister of Hans Jacob Haussli. I feel that this Jacob Hesley is Hans Jacob Haussli. Also the 1800 census for Rowan County has Jacob Heesly, Jacob Heesly Jr and Leonard Heesly on image 282. Also Michael Hisley on image 345 and Leonard Hesley on image 352. These census records make me think that your Jacob Helsley is not Hans Jacob Haussli.
