I am glad you posted at Hurst Family which is the best place for the message. On occasion a Hearst has the name spelled Hurst as this is the more common spelling. Seldom does any Hurst have it spelled Hearst, particularly in the 18th and 19th centuries, prior to our William Randolph enlarging the number of people having seen the other spelling.
