Hi Jim. I wonder if your "John or William" Healy could be the Johnny Healy referred to in some early 1900s newspaper articles from the Wilkes-Barre, PA. area. One article says he was with the Field's Minstrels performing at the Grand Opera House. The article gives a lot of praise for their "tuneful songs and clever comedy".
I occasionally check old newspapers to see if there is any mention of my grandfather and his twin brother, who were supposed to have been in vaudeville.
