Hello Dorothy,

Yes!! It is your Helen. In front of me is a news paper cutting 1867 presentation of a silver cradle to the mayoress. Her son was born while his dad Thomas was mayor of Wigan, they named him Reginald Mayor Heald born7/6/67. Thomas Heald was born 1828 to Hugh and Alice Heald Chorley. I have a photo of Thomas Heald as Mayor of Wigan. His two daughters where Beatrice Everline and Helen Edith, they had three sons. Address was Greenfield House Billinge, which later became a girls school. It must be, its got to be your Helen.

I wish you and yours all the best Dorothy.

Fellow researcher Betty
