FamilyTreeDNA, the company that does the testing for the Hadley, Headley, Hatley, etc. DNA Project has extended their special pricing through June 30, 2009. The 37-marker test plus the mtDNA (mother's side) test is only $119. This is considerably less than the usual price. So, if you've been considering having your DNA tested to find others with a common ancestor, now is the time to do it!
We've got a pretty good mix of all of the surnames listed above, but certainly nowhere near the number of participants needed to cover all of the lines. Also, we've found matches between Hadleys and Headleys (including one Headley who matches me).
