I am looking for any information about Priscilla Headen (not daughter of Wm. and Jane Headen of Jackson Co., Ga). She was my ggg grandmother. She was married to Dr. Joseph Murdoch and lived in Franklin and Habersham Co before his death in 1823and later by 1840 in Cass/Bartowe Co. She remarried in 1824 in Habe. Co to David C. Cherry. I am looking for her parents or family and her death date and place.
Samuel Headen b. about 1777 in SC had legal dealing with Priscilla and was made guardian of her children after Joseph's death. He lived and died in Franklin/Banks Co., GA
Barshaba Headen also had legal dealings with Samuel. She married in Clarke Co. Ga to Samuel Hamby in 1805. He disappeared or was killed in the War of 1812. She gave Allen Headen her Power of Att. in 1814. He was the husband of Prissy Headen who was the daughter of Wm and Jane. They divorced in LA later.
I think these families were all related but haven't found the common bond.
