Betty, It is Hattie Lou in family records. I do believe it is Harriet Lucinda. I have her born about 1847 in Georgia. She is in the 1850 census in Carroll, GA; in Haralson, GA in the 1860 and 1870 census; and in Floyd County, GA in 1880. She married John Henry White about 1864 probably in Haralson County, Georgia. He is in St. Johns, Florida in 1900 and is a widower. I do know they had children and lived in Etowah County, Alabama between 1880 and 1900. I don't know when they left and headed out to Florida. She was alive at least until 1884 and in Etowah, Alabama. I have seen some trees that claim Harriet Pearson died in 1840. If that is true I have three "kids" with no mom. Charles P. Head who I believed was killed in the Civil War, Hattie Lou, and Artenina. I can't trace Artenina after the 1860 census. I assume she married. We are descended from Hattie Lou, but I am interested in tracing all the brothers and sisters. Thanks for any help you can give. KC Notify Administrator about this message?
