Thanks for providing the excellent transcription. I hope that we can turn up more Bibles of this vintage.

I think that this Benjamin Head (born 1782) is a son of Hadley Head and his wife Mildred, who were from Culpeper County, Virginia. See http://awt.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=jmo1&id=I2008.
