I am looking for the parents of Elonder Hazlett. The marriage record says Alender Huslet married Robert Ward on April 3, 1821 in Gallia Co Ohio. They were my 3rd g grandparents. Their daughter Martha Ward married William Daniel(s). William added the "S" to his last name.
When Robert died, just before 1840, Elonder moved with her children to Cabell Co., VA/WV. I believe the part of Cabell she lived in became Wayne Co. There must have been a reason for Elonder's move from Ohio. Maybe she had some family in Cabell and Wayne Co.???
I have names of 3 of Elonder and Robert Ward's children: Martha, Robert A. and Harrison Ward.
Does anyone know who Elonder's parents were?
