Dear old friend and Neighbor I take up the pen this morning to write you a few lines which leaves us all well hoping these lines may reach you all well and doing well. I saw it announced in the Republican that you had married again I wish you great Sucess and well to do that you may live many years and get to enjoy the blessnof this life and be happy in the new world beyond. I can State to you that I am yet on the land among the living though not very Stout I work some I do not make a regular hand in the field I have made a good living and Some money Since I came to KY Times are good here at this time moneyflush prices of produce corn 75 cts pr Bu Wheat $1.00 pr Bu bacom 10 cts pr lb horses & mules high Tobacco Sold Season from 6 to 8 cts pr lb we have good Crops of Corn and tobacco growing this year wheat was very light not more than one half Crop Oats light & C & C

I have nothing more to write to you at present hoping you will write to me Soon I remain yours most respectfully. give my respects to all inquiring friends and accept the Same Your Self
