Just wanted to let you with a little more patience I've been in contact with a family member of Les' and the Haywards & Males that I've been looking for. I spoke with Linda Secord this evening (it all started with a Gerry Letford contacting me). She is Les' sister. She explained plenty to me (about the surname thing, etc.). If you are one of the members of this particular branch of family, I just wanted to let you know that my husband and his sister are feeling "weird" about this new family thing at almost 40yrs old but are very, very happy to be able to get some answers and hopefully bring them that much closer to their father - regardless of the past.
I hope that you and your family are doing well and, again, if you are related to this branch of family we would definitely love to hear from you. :-)
