Hi Teddy,
Have you learned more ?? All these names are in my Hays family of Clay County KY. My 2nd gr grandfather, John Hays, b 1800, had younger brother Alexander, last found in Laurel County KY 1830, living next to his father, Tabner/Tavner Hays. In addition, another Alexander Hays lived in Clay County KY in 1830, and from all indications, no relation to the others.
Would you email me so we can compare "stuff".
