I am also decendant of Nathan Hayse of Adair Co.,Ky. Nathan was my 4th greatgrandfather. I didnt have some of the information that you posted re marriages so it was helpful.
Nathan's son Reason/Rezin Hays(1817) was father to John D Hays.
John D (1848) was the father of Willie C. Hayes. Willie C (1878)was the father of Leslie E. Hayes (1901),my grandfather. Someone pointed out to me that some of the ancestors couldn't read or write so the census taker spelled the name the way they heard it.
I have dates and information on other decendants but not a lot on ancestors. I am interested in the information you have. Feel free to contact me.
