Hi,

I have a Hays line out of Kentucky that I am trying to figure out.

All I know of is the daughter who was named Margaret C Hays and stated she was born 1826-28 in KY.
By 1844 she was married in Lafayette,Co MO and settled in Saline Co MO, then onto Andrew Co MO before heading out on the Oregon Trail in 1863.

I'm not sure what your source of info is - but is there any mention of a Margaret?
