I do have quite a bit of information on him. Died Dec 9 1950 Wallace, Shoshone, Idaho. I have his wives,1st wife Bertha E Griner, nothing about 3rd marriage, children and grandchildren and families. I have his brothers & sisters and parents, maternal grandparents, etc.

I also have what I believe are his paternal grandparents, but there is a question of lineage on the part of one of the brothers families so we are seeking additional documentation to tie them together.

How best to share info? Send me an email directly to my address and I can give you the info in word doc, or other format.

We have other Haydens who spent time in Nez Perce around the same time as William and Effie, so they were there, around family. I have David William Hayden in Palouse Bridge in 1880 with Sarah Jane and family. I have Sarah Janes brother James B Yarbrough living next door.

The Haydens arrived from Missouri in 1852 and 1853 and settled in the Alsea Valley, Benton County, Oregon. We are spending a lot of time researching documents to back up what we believe is right. Sounds like most of your research is on the Duer side, hope this helps. Let me know if you see something amiss or if you have any info to add.
