I am trying to find my great uncle Charles Francis Hayden born in Liverpool England 1876.
He was an electrical engineer and went to sea as an Engineer. He sailed on the Empress of Ireland to Canada.
He emigrated to Vancouver around 1908, and married Elizabeth and had a son Charles.
I would also like to find his younger brother Francis Peter Hayden born in Liverpool 1881 He was a mariner, an AB and he went to New Zealand about 1906. He may have been in New Plymouth.
Their mother, Margaret Philomena Hayden (nee Rafferty) born in Ireland about 1842. Left Liverpool a widow some time after 1900 probably 1906.
She may have had daughter Mary Philomena Hayden (born Birkenhead Cheshire in 1849), with her.
PLEASE, any information or help with tracing these ancestors of mine would be greatly appreciated.
