William/Elizabeth Hawthorne- New Castle Co., Delaware-1820-1930

Seeking info on the William and Elizabeth Hawthorn(e) family who lived near White Clay Creek Church, near Newark, Delaware.
I first found William (b. circa 1808 in Delaware) and his wife Elizabeth (b. Nov. 1812 in Delaware)in the 1850 census for New Castle County. They had 9 children: Lena (b. Oct. 1824), Harriet (b. 1827), Thomas, Sarah A., Robert, William, Elizabeth, Amanda (b. Dec. 1854) and Mary (b. June 1857).
Amanda and Mary were still alive in the 1930 census in the 9th Rep. District.
Would like to know where Amanda and Mary are buried.
