From what I can find Madison Andrew (Andrew Madison) was b. 1899 in Rhea Co., TN to Andrew J. Hawkins and Mandy (Amanda) J. McDonald. Andy & Mandy married 3 Feb 1887--but got marriage license Aug. 28 1886. (I had wondered about others I had seen with a lot of difference in dates on license and dates of marriage--and finally found out why--There was a district clerk that handled the license--and he traveled around over his district--so when he came to your locality, you got your license, then used it when ever you got married.)
Andrew J. Hawkins was son of Hezekiah Carr Hawkins b. 1838 GA d. 1898 TN and Dorcas Louise Redden b.1840 GA (?)( I have seen his name as Hugh Hezekiah--Hezekiah Guy-- H.H.--)
No connection that I could find --but ---there was a McGill Hawkins married a Peggy Carr in 1820 in Maury Co., TN. My guess would be that they are parents of Hezekiah Carr Hawkins.
