Strangely enough, MY Father's name is Herbert Hawkey!
My have some relationship there? My brother and I have been researching our family tree, and have come up against a branch that we cannot trace down...Daniel P. Hawkey.
I suspect that his family came from Ireland to England and used the English version of the Irish name Haughey. But, I have been unable to confirm that.
I will continue to look, though. Have some leads.
