PA to JACOB & ELIZABETH (WALBORN)HAWK, natives of Lebanon County.At age 4 moved with parents to Franklin Co. where they lived until their deaths.JACOB d. 23 Dec. 1826 buried at Greencastle, PA and ELIZABETH d. 1857, buried at German Reformed Churchyard in St. Thomas Twp.
John m. 17 Jan 1843 in Greencastle to MARY HEGE, b. Franklin Co. to JOHN & MARIA (LESHER)HEGE.Issue: 7 children, 3 living
JOHN m. IDA BREWER residing in Peters twp; AARON m. LIZZIE HARTMAN, living in Peters twp; FANNIE m. DAVID COBLE living in St. Thomas Twp.Deceased children: ELIZABETH, SARAH, ANNA MARIA, & unnamed infant.
MARY HAWK d. April 1877, buried in family burial ground along with her parents.HAWK is a Republican; member of German Reformed Church; Owns 460 acres of land
