I have an Isaac hawk, b. 1845 to Peter Hawk (4/3/1807)(brother to our Leonard) and margaret forney. Isaac was one of 14 children, born in Coshocton Co. OH. this is the only Isaac I have in the database.
His father, Peter first lived in Trumball Co. OH, moved to Bucks Twp, Tuscarawars Co. Oh in 1844 Just across the river from where Leonard Hawk had settled. In early 1850's moved across the county line to Adams Twp, Coshocton Co. where he reared a large family of fourteen children and many of his descendants live there yet today.
Old records of Bucks Twp in Tuscarawas Co. show that Peter Hawk was Justice of the Peace in that twp for 8 yrs. before mvoing to Coshocton Co. OH.
