I am the daughter of Richardson Wallace Haw, b. 1874 - d. 1967. He was a genealogist as was my late sister Joicey Haw Lindsay. John Haw I died about the beginning of the Revolutionary War. John Haw II died early in the nineteenth century at Oak Grove in Hanover Co.,his son Richardson Tyree Haw weas born in 1809 and died in 1848 at "Locust Grove." My aunt the late Margaret Haw Morton also compiled information on this family. There is a Haw Bible with rfecords in the Virginia State Archives. It can be view on their page on the internet. I also sent a picture of Sarah Bohannan Kidd Watt, wife of Hugh Watt, to the Richmond Battlefield Office and it is reprinted in their booklet about the Richmond Battles.
