"The Haviland Genealogy" by Josephine C. Frost, pub. in 1914 and reprinted by Higginson Book Co. of Salem, MA has the following information concerning Abraham FORT: p. 219
335 CALEB DAVIS HAVILAND, son of Caleb (116) and Jerusha (Davis)HAVILAND, bap. in Reformed Dutch Churchn of New York City, Aug. 1, 1792; d. in New York, May 1, 1841; m. May 30, 1814, Susan, b. Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Oct. 15, 1791; d. Jan. 4, 1864; daughter of Major Abraham and Jannetje (Monfoort) FORT of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Caleb was a private in the War of 1812, also merchant at 225 Pearl and 29 Cedar Streets, New York.
There are nine children listed with additional information about John J. and C. Augustus HAVILAND.
