Hello Mr. Haveman
Hereby i give you an emailadress with some information about the familie Haveman from the North of the Netherlands. (

I found it just a few days ago . The places Uffelte and wapse are very often mentioned in relation to the familie haveman.
I was born in a place called Uffelte wich is a very small village in drente .There live at least 100 with the name haveman. My father is Jan Haveman born in 1911. My grandfather was Hendrik Haveman born in 1875.My grandmother bartha Harms born 1880.
Concerning the name Have means (in the Netherlands)something like property.
A Havezathe is a place where an important familie lives (lived). The owner had some special rights in that area.
There are some havezathes near wapse and uffelte . As far as i know there are no haveman families in the Netherlands which had special privileges.
