Willis. I have just recently begun collecting info on my wife's family. I have very little. But what I do have shows probable connection to your line. Perhaps we could exchange some info. Monica's Great Great Grandfather was Jacob Hauschild M. Hulda Jenkins. Biographies of Central Kansas shows that he was son of John (and Eva Thode), born June 4,1845 in Schleswig, Germany. His siblings were: John Hauschild, Hans Hauschild, J. F. Hauschild, and Joseph Hauschild. Four of the five brothers (all but John)came to the U.S. All of them wound up farming in Washington Township, Rice County, Kansas. Jacob and Hulda had 9 children: Laura Mae, Eva, Anna, John, Della, Dora, Arthur, Frederick, and Jacob. Laura Mae Married George Theede and they had two children: George H. Theede and Zetta Mae Theede (Friesen). Unfortunately this is about the extent of my records on the Hauschild name. Any help>
