It's quite complicated but Thomas Hatton is from the same family. Thus far using Genetic Genealogy [Y-DNA] the majority of Hattons appear to be Celtic and there are various origins. Many appear to have been in Ireland first and then Scotland. England and Wales have fewer matches.
