Dianna, In my notes given to me by another relative, I have Lucinda Snider's maiden name as Hattaway. I do not know where this person got that information. Here is what I have to date. Lucinda Hattaway b. 1817 in NC md. William Snider. They are listed in the 1840 Warren County, GA Census. They had two children: John Mack Snider and Elizabeth Snider. Around 1845 William Snider died and Lucinda is listed as Widow. She then marries John Nelson Braddy or his brother Lewis Braddy and has a son Franklin Nelson Braddy on 10 Jan. 1853 in Glascock County, GA.
I found Elisha Hattaway in Warren County, GA 1840 Census but I was not sure if he was connected to Lucinda or not.
Lucinda Hattaway Snider Braddy died 28 November 1866, her son John Mack Snider was the esq. of her estate in Glascock County, GA. But I do not know where she is buried.
