I have an old photograph with this handwritten on the backside:
"Wrote by Arthur Hathorn
My Grandmother Mrs. Elizabeth Isham
Roy Isham on knee.
My mother Mary Isham in back.
Ruth Isham on stool.
Oldest daughter seated on floor
died young buryed at Lake City, Mich."
This photo looks to be from the late 1800s and was taken in Ionia, Michigan.
