Juan Fajardo,
In your search for Hathhorn history, did you find a James Hathorn/Hathhorn born March 11-1876. He said he was born in Natchez Miss. but we are wondering if that was true. He left home when he was 12-13.Have heard 2 or 3 stories of why, but nothing about his mother or father. He didn't talk about the family at all. I guess he did try to search for brothers after he arrived in Oregon, but didn't have the money to go to great lengths. My grandfather died in 1959.

An uncle of mine, looked up a gentleman in Klamath Falls with the name. When my uncle was walking to the door of the home, he said my uncle looked so much like his brother , that they had to be related. My uncle was a Jesse Hathhorn, the gentleman he visited was a James Hathhorn and the uncle this man referred to was a Charles Hathhorn.

Then I received a phone call from a Marvin Hathhorn stating that my grandfather was more then likely from this branch and if I looked in and around Missouri and Iowa that I probably would find something.
So that is what I am doing. We have looked for so LONG for any info on this James Hathhorn,my grandfather.
Would like to hear from you. Thanks in advance. Sharon
